Dear Y,
I like the song "Smile" , music written by Charlie Chaplin, lyrics by John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons. The effect of smile is powerful, yet I know sometimes I'm stingy about it, which makes me look uglier and colder. It's nice to be at the receiving end, as the mood and even a day can change reacting to the infectious smile. While smiling can be effortless, it could be the opposite a well, when one is not open hearted, or not happy. There was a research many years back to encourage people to forcefully smile, in order to trick the brain to release endorphine, in order to articifically creates happier feelings.Anyway, keep on smiling. :)

Smile, though your heart is aching
Smile, even though it’s breaking
When there are clouds in the sky
you’ll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You’ll see the sun come shining through
for you
Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness Although a tear may be ever so near
That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile what’s the use of crying
You’ll find that life is still worthwhile
If you’ll just
Smile
